🦃   28 December 2017:   It’s now time to head out to the kitchen to put on your oven gloves and start preparing Christmas dinner. It consists solely of video game food; what’s on the menu?

I’m not much of a cook – I consider beans on toast a delicacy. So, I’d keep it simple and go with some thing satisfying and healthy.

Creative Christmas Day 8

It’s a classic I call ‘Chicken A La Beat Em Up.’ You can make this simple but tasty meal too, just follow the step by step recipe.

1 – Get a chicken. Don’t add any flavouring or vegetables. All you will need is a plate, though this can be optional.

2 – Cook the chicken. Say 200C for 3 hours? Until it’s a golden brown colour anyway.

3 – Add chicken to plate if desired. For serving, place chicken inside a oil cylinder, phone box, crate or arcade machine and ask guests to punch repeatedly (almost like a protein pinata) until meal is visible. For serving, we suggest a violent gangland works best, but this is down to your tastebuds.

You really don’t need any other food. This chicken can restore health for those guests that aren’t feeling too good, takes a second to eat so there will be plenty of time for party games and leaves no mess that needs cleaning up.

It’s the perfect meal…bar the brawl you need to endure to get fed. Still, if something is worth having, it’s worth fighting for, right?
